Baskets4Sale.com is committed to your privacy. Most of the site may be viewed without registering. However, to list ads
we require you to register and this document explains the data we collect and how we use it.
What's collected
When it becomes necessary for you to register with us, we currently only ask for your e-mail address and name. We'll also
ask you to pick a password which will be used to verify your account when you return to our site. Other information
can be entered if you choose, such as your mailing address, but is not mandatory.
If you do enter your city or state, we'll use that in your ads to display a link to
MapQuest. This will display a simple map showing the approximate location
of your city and state. Address information is not included in this map. The goal of this is to give everyone
a general idea of where the product will be shipped from so they can "guesstimate" possible shipping charges.
Use of collected info
We use the information collected for only two reasons:
- To identify you on return visits
- To make the site easier for you by not requiring you to enter personal information more than one.
Baskets4Sale.com will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do
so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is
necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process
served on Baskets4Sale.com or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property
of Baskets4Sale.com, and, (c) act in urgent circumstances
to protect the personal safety of users of Baskets4Sale.com or the
public.
Access to/updating personal info
You will always have access to your personal information. Simply click on the 'Update User Info' button at the top
of every page.
Use of cookies
Baskets4Sale.com uses a cookie to maintain your e-mail address entered during registration. Upon returning to this site
and signing in, that cookie will be read so your e-mail address will default. All you'll need to do to complete the sign in
process is enter your password.
